Cielo Analytics for tracking and measurement

Cielo’s Mobile Analytics are designed specifically for the unique aspects of mobile, where it is difficult to track unique visitors’ behavior on mobile sites and gauge how those visitors discovered your web presence.  Cielo Analytics reports on points of data entry, overall site behavior, and tracking behavior.  In particular, Analytics has the ability to track unique mobile consumers behavior by cell-phone number, overcoming the lack of Internet-like tracking cookies in mobile. 
       

Cielo’s Mobile Internet platform contains a data reporting and analytics engine.  The engine combines both log file analysis and resource tagging to provide our clients with detailed site performance and visitor behavior. Cielo offers clients a web-based interface to site reports as well as the ability to export the data in .csv format.  The data and reports available include:

  • Number of sites hits across user-defined time periods.
  • Page loads and duration.
  • Resource data such as images and videos accessed, viewed, streamed or downloaded.
  • The referring site or mobile search service.
  • User agent and handset profile characteristics.  
  • Mobile operator and country of origin.

The capture of client-specific campaign results — such as click-to-calls, email captures and or any other interactive call to action — can be easily set up for each mobile site.  Cielo also provides ad-impression metrics.
