CieloPlatform™ encompasses three main components essential for effective mobile marketing:

• CieloVision™:  A downloadable handset application client, designed specifically for the small screen. CieloVision incorporates a patent-pending user interface that dramatically improves navigation for consumers and accelerates low-cost porting across disparate devices.
• CieloServer™:  A carrier-approved mobile content server, white listed to stream video. The server automatically ingests, transforms and manages rich-media content in real time and in a completely lights-out manner.  CieloServer incorcororates "adaptive bit-rate streaming" to ensure consistent quality ofmobile video.  
• CieloMessage™:  A mobile-messaging platform that distributes Cielo applications through short codes (five-digit mobile phone numbers), appearing in traditional advertising.
